When assistance is needed, free-shipping eligibility is shown at checkout. Normal processing is about 1–2 business days, and estimated transit is about 2–4 business days without a delivery guarantee.

For clarity, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products must be reported within 30 days with the order number, checkout email, explanation, and photos or video.
